Can someone help. We are trying to upload photos but it keeps saying it has to be jpeg but on the photo properties it says it is jpeg. This is all mind bogling to me. Im getting very frustrated, well actually no more than usual but can anyone help please confused

If you send me a pm with your email address and send them to me i can change them for you in to a jpeg format and send them back to you and then you will be able to use them.

there seems little point in that if they already are in jpeg format. Does it say .jpeg in the file name, that might do it?

Not always I had it years ago when trying to e mail some pics off my pc they came from a digi cam said j peg in the file name but for some reason were not reconised as them when I tried to upload, but a convertor soon sorted them out.
I meant to reply last night but got side tracked and I have just noticed that it needs sorting for you still sorry for the lateness. wink

The system doesn't reconise jpg's from some digital camera models.
To fix this you can use paint, you simply need to open them in Paint, and save them as a jpeg again, this will correct the issue smile

I'm a bit tied up at the moment but if it's ok with you when I get chance tomorrow I'll see what I can find and PM you the link if thats ok :D

Thanks for your help guys. Ive managed to sort it out now. Just transfered them to a different folder and it was ok. biggrin
