Hi all, I'd like you to read a message i've left for support tonight.
I paid or whatever it was for the extras "coming back soon" yes those extras.
My photo's keep being deleted as they contain pictures of a third party!!!! how does one swing alone ......... I need help here. There are hundreds if not thousands of ads featuring wives with other guys, guys with other mens wives (as was mine) guys with guys etc etc. yet a moderator who is nameless has decided that my pictures contravene the site rules. Sorry people but so do most of yours. Anyway, I decided tonight having had them deleted again I would say something, by the way my pictures are available on two other leading U.K. sites where my profile is also verified as genuine. But i digress, here's the message left for support tonight.

Hi there, yet again my photo's are being deleted by site moderators without any chance of redress on my part. My photo's contain images of me and a friend enjoying sexual activities which surely are the point of advertising on this site! There are hundreds of ads by couples and singles portraying the same as mine, ie inclusion aof a third party (******** for example) I could list dozens more.
Is the issue here that this site is hosted in the U.K. and not on an adult hosting server?
If this is so do you not think it fair to tell prospective members or are you happy with a moderators comment I shall quote here. this was copied from an advert I came across.
And I quote "MODERATOR REMOVED AD ASKING MEMBERS TO BREAK SITE CONTACT RULES. NEXT TIME WE REMOVE THE ACCOUNT. WE JUST LOVE TAKING YOUR MONEY AND THEN BANNING YOU WITH MADE UP REASONS AND NOT ALLOWING YOU ANY COME BACK. YOU ARE ALL MUGS ON HERE - YOU NEVER LEARN! KEEP SENDING US YOUR MONEY!!!! 13/07/2006 08:12"
I personally have paid you people for sevices which we are still not receiving as advertised, I do think if you are going to moderate this site it should not be left to faceless individuals to express themselves in your companies name, without paid users having some form of redress............

Personally I let pictures of a third party go through, providing that...
a) the majority of the photo is of the account holder, a big majority btw, and
b) that there is absolutely nothing recognisable about the bit of the third party that is showing, totally unrecognisable.
We have no way of knowing that the third party has given consent to the photos, so instead of one rule for one (ie the people we 'know' who would never post a pic without consent) and another rule for another - the third party rule goes across the board.
If you do see photos of a third party, that is even slightly recognisable, then press that little "report photo" button - the more help we get, the tidier we can keep it..... as opposed to doing the 'it's not fairs', tis a lot more helpful

Just one question do you think the best way of advertising yourself is to post some third party pic's that say look what I was shagging last week ? I enjoy looking at action shots but only in a top shelf kind of way. When we've scanned the ad's and seen that a user has a majority of action shots it's on to the next one I'm afraid

Then how do you suggest the photos are modded??
As you said, you fucked a guys wife with him taking the photos..... but were the photos for personal use only? Or did they make it quite clear that you can post them on the open www? With thousands of ads, how else can we vet all these photos?
Sure it's a swingers site, for swingers, or people curious about the scene, genuine people and in an ideal world, people would be able to post photos of a third party with the trust that consent has been given ........ but the real world ain't like that, to the point where photos have even been posted maliciously by ex partners.
And how far would you go with letting these photos through, would you let all the ones through where the account holder has cropped out their face, but left the face of the third party in there?? What point would you draw the line?

Personally we find a decent face shot far better as a marketing tool than anything else to be honest.. unless you're a minger then it's best to use a soft focus
However, we appreciate as two gay blokes, it's very different than being a single female, male or even couple on this site... why some of the 'straight' blokes (and I use that term loosely) ;) see the necessity of putting up pics of themselves with their knob up a punani I don't know - is that what people really want to see?
Is that going to make the reader think 'I wish that was me?' or is it more likely to make them think 'Jesus, if I meet him/her/them, I hope to God they don't post my/our pics on here'

( enabling cliquishness to prevail in forums/chatrooms etc) I think that it's a very badly run site left to faceless individuals who do not want their actions to be questioned.
If this site is to succeed there needs to be some major input as to how it's run. There aren't the same problems on LS or D&M's
All the time I see adverts with this member is currently banned from the site.......... whose decision?
Who do they respond to??
Or.. do they set another spoof email up and go again.

Frankly I have never understood why singles(of either sex) feel the need to post pics of them in action......
I can see the reason for couples posting pics of them both in action together as it gives an indication of both parties...

The simplest answer that springs to my mind is that you can't swing alone.
I agree that there are hundreds of Profile Pics showing third parties. Every one of any "couples account" that shows any three(or more)some pics. Every caucasian (is that an allowed word ??) person showing someone else with a different colour/race, and vice versa (Mixed race couples showing just themselves obviously don't fall into that)
It's at this point that I'd normally be calling for consistency - I have in the past. But Missy has altered my view . . . . .

For applying what seems like good old fashioned common sense and tempering your modding with it.
You've restored at least some of at least my faith that the site can and is more often than not, modded by humans as opposed to automatons. A little like a traffic copper instead of a speed camera
I think many people know my opinions and thoughts on the changed to pic/image/video rules. For those that don't - I disagree with a large proportion of the current rules. But in the same way as I want to keep my driving licence; I try not to get caught speeding

I think there's a very simple initial solution, but only where the third party is a member of the site. Unfortunately, it would probably increase the workload of the Mods, so I'm not going to put it forward.

Could it not be viewed as "Here I am. This is what I do. This is how the site works for me, and many others" etc etc etc
I think it's a whole other question as to why people post pics in their profile. Be that pics of themselves and/or other people.
