Depends on the problems you are having MattmcUK69.
To upload pictures, you need to click on the My Photo button on the right of the screen, then follow the online instructions.
Let me know the problem you are having and I will try and give you some tips, but the problem people seem to have is when the photos they are uploading are saved in a format that isnt jpg or jpeg.

the problem is when i click on browse files nothing happens
but i have just installed mcafee so is it possibly that...Matt

Whoops sorry Mattmc, I got distracted elsewhere 
It might be worth temporarily deactiving, or lowering the setting on Mcafee just while you upload the pics and then turn it back on after they have come.
If that doesnt work, then Im sure someone a lot more technical than me will be along very shortly to give some more advise
