Maybe a bit off topic and not saucy enough for everybodies tastes, but is there any technical minded people out there?
I was wondering if there is anyway of transferring pics from a mobile phone to a PC easily.

Yes there is ... the easiest way I know of is to bluetooth them across, you can get a bluetooth dongle from maplins or pc world etc.
Once you plug it in your phone will pick it up and transfer them to your pc.
I presume you have a bluetooth phone thou.. if not you can get a cable that does the same thing.. (prob best to try your phone supplier for that thou)

or you could go up to your local market and buy the lead for you phone so you can plug it into your usb port

Not sure how to do it myself but a mate of mine emails them from his phone to a mail account and then downloads them from there. I can ask if you want further details.
Another thought, if it's a newer phone, does it have an SD/MMC memory card? If so, plug in USB adaptors are readily available for a couple of quid that will do the job as well.

easy.... as long as you have a phone capable of MMS and e-mail then it should be easy.... I have a 3G phone... blooming brilliant!!!!

This is how I post mine. Take picture, then go to send mms and send the picture to an email address. Sometimes it ios not as instant as a text message. Good if you have an old pc like me with no new stuff on it, costs around 30p

The software will probably come on a CD with the data cable; otherwise you can download it from the phone manufacturer's website. In addition to downloading pictures, this will allow you to do lots of other things (like uploading mp3 files, organising your phonebook, etc). It's a lot cheaper and quicker than sending pics to save them.
