can some one tell me how to add pics to forum posts ( not avatars)

right click an image (as long as its on the tinternet and not your pc)
open the properties (at the bottom usually),
highlight and copy the http thingy next to "location"
paste that into this box,
highlight again and press the Img box up there next to list=
then preview to see if its worked and submit
