You have to have your pics sized, for which you can use this. Save the correctly sized pic to your pc.
Then go to your profile and tell the nice SH server where your pic is saved on your pc. In "my profile", right at the bottom, it has a section for this... says summat like 'upload image from your hard drive' and a button called 'browse'. Hit the browse button and find your newly sized pic.
Click 'update' at the bottom of your profile page.
