Right,need help here.
Now are we being a bit dim but theres a few things we'd love to know how to do!!
Firstly how on earth do you do the link thingy for old threads etc????
And Secondly,when in the chatroom how the hell do you do the little red starry thingy????(if that makes any sense what so ever!!!!)
Please excuse our dimness confused

You just find the thread in the forum and then cut and paste the address from the browser address bar into your message. For example the link for this thread is http://www.swingingheaven.co.uk/swingers-forum/viewtopic/14037.html which you should see in your browser.
As for the starry thing I ain't got a clue about that you'll have to ask someone who uses the java chat. Or do you mean make the writing look like *this in which case you type /me before your message.

you mean along the lines of.....
* neilinleeds slaps clare's arse etc
you need to be using mIRC, then you can script stuff like this into your pop-ups!
.SpankBum:/me turns $$1 around, places her over his knee, and spanks her bum 1(4#1)(4#1)
which translates as......
* neilinleeds turns Clare'n'Steve around, places her over his knee, and spanks her bum. ( # )( # )
or something very like that!

It can also be done in java neil, its just a pain in the arse because you have to type it each time, such as .......
/me turns neilinleeds around, places him over her knee, and spanks his bum. ( # )( # )
The '/me' then turns into your 'action' and shows as
Dawn_Mids turns neilinleeds around, places him over her knee and spanks his bum (#)(#)
