It occurs to me that if there were a simpler set of instructions than those on the help page, http://www.swingingheaven.co.uk/chatroom/index.html , then the help page would have those instructions instead. Can I suggest that if you're having trouble, you explain to one of the ops exactly where the difficulty lies so they can give you the help you need instead of vaguely asking for instructions.
