Ok this is a bit of a cop out,but as pm vic. I have received the following question and it has mangled my mind!
Three people get a restaurant bill of£30,they each put a £10 note on the plate,waiter brings the change in £1 coins,they take £1 each and leave £2 as a tip.
So they have paid £9 each,making £27,the waiter has £2,making £29.
What happened to the other £1?
I used to know this!But my mashed brain has failed me.

okay so if they if the bill was 25 pound and they all put in a tenner each that would be 30... what they do with the change doesn't matter, because they each take a pound which would be 3 and 2 was left as a tip......
so...... they could have all ordered the say things which would make the cost for the meal.... and good value that is... lol
or... they just had seperate meals and the total cost was 25.....
but just stop thinking about it.. lol :lol: :lol: :lol:
