For those of you that were not around when the PM Victim of the Week was introduced some time ago, it was designed to be a way of cheering somebody up that didn't receive many PMs. We need as many people as possible to PM the Victim, but to ensure that they do not just send out a copied and pasted answer, you have to ask a question which should be answered by the victim.
