You're missing the point.
The info on the site is used by, and in many cases comes from, companies who do credit checks and often insurance premiums are weighted using such info.
Some companies put a lot of faith in that stuff, and people use it to ckeck a neighbourhood they are thinking of moving to, for low-lifes such as truck drivers...milkmen and other black-collar people
