Now I dont mean any pervy type machines that you can sit on, I am referring to the stand on, power vibrating machines which seem to be appearing in Gyms all over the place, the ones the Russians supposedly used for their astronaughs. I am after a bit of advise from anyone who has actually used one of the Vibrating toners which are supposed to help you tone up while strengthening muscles and increasing circulation and do they actually work?
I really do know that I should do some kind of formal exercise but I will admit I am lazy and getting totally bored with the excercises Im doing at the moment (although they are working but only with very limited results). In all honesty, I think am looking for some kind of miracle lol
I have heard so much about these new gizmo's but apart from the normal reviews you get from the company selling them, saying how wonderful they are, I was wondering if anyone actually has an experince of using one? Do they work, which areas can you tone up and are they 'easy' to use?
I am looking to tone up my tum, bum and inner thighs and was hoping that by breaking the bank and buying one of these, would it work?
Any help really would be appreciated
i used one before my hols and it really did seem to work but i got so bored going everyday.
My daughter also used the same one and it did nothing for her .
Now theres some helpful advice lol
I've heard they only work where they touch. Could lead to some odd surface effects maybe? dunno
I am a great advocate (but an irregular attender) of yoga. It works wonders - is dead easy and gentle - and fairly cheap at about £5 a session. I saw results immediately and it did far more than just tone, it gave real strength too.
Oh and stamina, and flexibility. Great for our fun sessions. biggrin:D:D:D:D:D
Thanks Midsprinces and Foxy, I am going to take the risk and have ordered one. I have heard they can be a bit noisy and at first feel like you sat on the washing machine while it is on full spin cycle lol
Will let you know if it is any good or just another 'ornament' to hang the washing on. I will carry on with the toning Im doing at the moment and from what I understand, I can still do the same boring old toning exercises on the machine but it will 'speed up;' any effects wink
NWC,
talk to sexyme09, she's just brought hers back from the place in France, so as close pop down and try.
cheers

If you buy a spray that says it removes limescale it doesnt, not without some hard work
If you buy an automatic car you still have to steer it and watch where you are going
If you buy a delicious time saving ready meal its always horrible
If you microwave food it will be quick but awful
and if you pay lots of money for a machine that does your exercise for you, you will stay flabby
Peace x
