i've just found a petition to stop out of hours doctors etc from using premium rate numbers, and to replace them with normal rate ones.


anyone with children will know that sometimes if you are calling for children you can be kept on the line for ages while they go around the houses asking a million questions as to what is wrong.
i've already signed it, hope you do too.
