Profile photo 'hits' (& misses!!)
Time to own up and admit total defeat... :giveup:
24 hours after we posted this thread - a check on the photo statistics reveals that...(roll of drums)
Dispite valiant efforts by all and sundry in taking a deep breath and putting on a welding mask to check out my photos, Mrs DD still has managed to chalk-up
68 hits against my 58...
What does this all mean?? Basically that the female form is far more pleasing to the eye than the male form... (well... mine anyway!)
So, a message to all couples (or single ladies!) who may be interested in us... The one with out the boobies is the bloke!!!
Off now to hide from Mrs DD who has a very large smile on her face :sparring:

as a matter of interest Tweeky (and particularly Mrs Tweeky) , did that video get you more pm replies/ winks/ whatever than usual (ie: was it effective in bringing about more contacts/ meets?) or does all those views in 1 week make you feel a bit like an exibit in a zoo?
and to Shark & anyone else really who has pics with loads of hits on them - is it just nice to have the attention? or is there just something not right about (a) being the other half of a couple who gets very few views to their pics and (b) all those views and no where near the same number of pm's

To be honest Dark we did get more messages when the video went up but not huge compared to the amount of hits on the video. Didnt feel lie we were in a zoo as we put it up but in the end Mrs Tweeky took it down cus there was something in it she wasent quite comfortable with *cough* Bridget jones *cough*

We always knew that Mrs DD would get more views for her pictures than mine (more single guys being the main reason we guess) but we would have thought that if any couples had a passing interest in us, that the level of 'hits' to my photos would have been greater than the 30 odd against the 3300 odd of Mrs DD??
It just struck us that maybe a majority of the profile checking is done by the male partner with little imput from the female?? :dunno: which if you consider the reason why most of us are here, would you not think that the lady would at least like to see the male side of the couple before proceeding further??? Mrs DD certainly does (and a good look at the lady!!)
From a personal point of view It doesn't bother me (or us as a couple) who gets the most views or PMs (in truth, being abroad, we never expected lots of views or PMs - you gotta be realistic about these things!!
)I get a comfortable feeling to think that She Who Must Be Obeyed is found attractive enough to..errr well... attract interest!!
Oh and to all you who have taken your lives in your hands and had a quick shuffty at my photos - Thanks!!

I'll put hands up here and say that yes I (Mr Tweeky) do far more of the looking but I have a brief criterea from Mrs Tweeky. When we were looking more seriously than we are now I would select out the more interesting profiles based on that criteria and what I also know about Mrs Tweekys taste after 10 years. Mrs Tweeky has always been more into the social side of things than the forum or chat room here

However, I did used to have a single female profile and therefore had pics of me, Morb has pics of him on his profile and we've never merged them since we gained our couple profile status
I think blokes tend to rely more on their personality rather than looks

Yeah but from what we surmise, a calculated guess would say that few people actually get pass Mrs DDs boobies let alone photos of some ex-Yorkshire pud that I collected whilst cornering a little too low!! :sad:
