Profile photo 'hits' (& misses!!)

We’ve just been scanning through our profile and stuff (making sure we are ‘current’!) and we checked out our photos and noticed a little difference in ‘viewings’
Now… as a couple, there are 4 piccies – two each (makes sense??) so you would have anticipated (maybe) that there being more single guys about that there would be more ‘hits’ on Mrs DD’s photos (especially as she is somewhat more photogenic than me…) dunno

However… total viewings on her ladyships photos 3397… total on my photos… 36 that’s just over 1% of Mrs DDs viewings!!!
Does this mean that even although we are searching predominately for couples, that it is only the male partner of any couple who checks us out (“umm..she looks okay – blow you jack, I’m alright”) or is it ‘cause I’m just an ugly git who’s not worth looking at???? :cry:
(pause for sad violins and visions of tears on cheek – Mrs DD patting head and sniggering) :therethere:
Does any other couple have this wild imbalance of viewings???

What you have to remember hun is that not only do single males check out the pics but also other couples and us bi fems. If I'm checking out a couple and I don't like the look of the fem, I don't look any further.

There are more single guys on here so naturally the womens pics are viewed more.
I've just been and had a perv look at your pics so that should bump you up another notch lol

Ah, but Shark, your figures are a tad skewed. For instance, I probably take up around 2000 of the pervings, oops sorry, viewing's of Mrs DD (especially the bike one) :rascal:
and being a single guy, I shouldn't be looking at all, but sometimes, I just cant help myself ............. :smoke:

We always knew that she was bound to have more viewings than little ol' me - just astounded by the difference!!!

Ours had a similar imbalance but I can understand why people wouldent want too look at pics of me so no problem as far as I am concerned lol

Try putting a video on if your up for that and watch it smash your photo hit count into the ground. We had one got over 1000 views in a week but Mrs Tweeky took it down and now avoids cameras. Will get her later I promise surprised

as a matter of interest Tweeky (and particularly Mrs Tweeky) , did that video get you more pm replies/ winks/ whatever than usual (ie: was it effective in bringing about more contacts/ meets?) or does all those views in 1 week make you feel a bit like an exibit in a zoo?
and to Shark & anyone else really who has pics with loads of hits on them - is it just nice to have the attention? or is there just something not right about (a) being the other half of a couple who gets very few views to their pics and (b) all those views and no where near the same number of pm's dunno

We always knew that Mrs DD would get more views for her pictures than mine (more single guys being the main reason we guess) but we would have thought that if any couples had a passing interest in us, that the level of 'hits' to my photos would have been greater than the 30 odd against the 3300 odd of Mrs DD??
It just struck us that maybe a majority of the profile checking is done by the male partner with little imput from the female?? :dunno: which if you consider the reason why most of us are here, would you not think that the lady would at least like to see the male side of the couple before proceeding further??? Mrs DD certainly does (and a good look at the lady!!)
From a personal point of view It doesn't bother me (or us as a couple) who gets the most views or PMs (in truth, being abroad, we never expected lots of views or PMs - you gotta be realistic about these things!! lol

)
I get a comfortable feeling to think that She Who Must Be Obeyed is found attractive enough to..errr well... attract interest!!

Actually we view things in the opposite. As the fem half of the couple (and the one that searches and views the majority of profiles) i prefer to check out the guy first. Maybe i'm odd in that! BUT it does my noodle in when couples advertise or you get chatting but there is only pics of the fem! ARGH

We have about the same sort of ratio shark, which is strange, cos i looooove the pics of den in his kilt and thought there would be a lot more looks!
Funny how also, the one of me semi naked has has thousands of looks, whereas the one of me clothed has only had a couple hundred! you pervs!
of course, we save a lot for our private gallery now since we got spotted! lol

well ive just gone and checked out our pic hits and the two pics of us together have the highest hits! So i guess that means we are attracting couples or people that are intrested in us as a couple! The pic's with the lowest hits are of russ. We both look at folkes profiles and prefer to see pics of both halfs of a couple.
In our time on this site i would say that most of the pm's recieved were from single guys,then couples and lastly single fems,so all in all a fair representation of the membership of this site.
With regards to pictures on profiles bringing in more PM's...when we first joined up we were surprised that we actualy got quite a lot of pm's from couples,single guys even tho we had no pictures uploaded and no profile information either ..so not sure on that one.

Just checked my couples profile and it's a similar story there. 1378 views vs 66 of Nat's rather delectable behind (and some of them were me biggrin

I' m dying to get a celtic job on my shoulder (balance out the ones on my arm) but Mrs DD reminds me
