Today I just tried to update my profile pic and was frankly stunned at the error message I got back when I tried to do so.

So while I get that it needs to be set as public and approved too, why the non adult ?? errr isn't this an adult site any more. Is this the sort of pedantic administration that's driving members to other sites ? cos in my eyes it's clearly not common sense.
I'd just deleted the photo that I used previously and as it apparently takes 72 hours for a photo to be approved. So it looks like my profile will have no pic for a while.
Oh and I looked for the option that says keep my profile visible only to SH members and there's no option. Surprised ?
Seems the admin are putting bells and whistles on the cart and ignoring the wonky wheels.
What makes it worse is I see loads of profiles with adult pics as the main pic.
The non adult photos can be viewed in the gallery before you log in.
Generally the moderators pass all the photos well within the 72 hours, I know I do all the photos that areathe holding area in the morning when I log in and then again in the evening.
Other moderators drop in during the day / evening and do the same, so over all the wait is generally a couple of hours.

I did have a nice post ready to send but the site crashed again and I lost it.
I know you approved the pic in good time ( thanks ) but it wasn't really the point of the post.
I was wondering why on a swinging site you have to have a "non adult" pic for the profile. In my opinion there should be an option in the settings to make profiles only available to SH members and that on top of that any pics should not be visible to people that haven't signed in anyway. Surely members are looking for other members not wanting to go browse the gallery which in my mind is the site pandering to pic collectors.
as I'd reached my pic limit I'm now going to have to delete the one you approved and go and find a mod friendly pic that minors can see !
Non members can see the forums so avatars must be clean.
Free members can see your profile, as they have not been age verified this means your profile pic should be clean also, any 'tits n bits' will appear as censored blurry pics when browsed by a free member.
I dont agree with the forums being open for all to browse but I understand the reasons behind it. Google loves forum browsing and higher ranking hits will help the SH website attract more interest and therefore members.
Well, I uploaded a non adult mod friendly pic for my profile on friday and it was in the pending list. SO today I look and ......it's gone.
Now I figured a cute baby hedgehog would have been non-adult enough to be approved but apparently not.
Gutted about the lack of PM btw Sarah ;-)
