Same here - the system we use gets updated every 6 months or so usually without any warning and then we have to spend all day trying to serve customers without computers which is okay to a degree as I know where most of the 2000+ items are in my department, but if I have to order from another department (and give the customer a print out) then it's :mad: surprised
