Fact is you don't have to swing. You sound like a very lucky and well matched couple. If your partner feels the same way about you as you do about her then I wouldn't mind betting that she'd be relieved if you said that you'd like to give up the swinging side - even if it is for a trial period to start.
Good luck - heartwarming story. I am sorry I can't offer any experiences of my own.
Coolcatz,
First off - congratulations!
Secondly - for my the two of us swinging is not about us having sex with other people as individuals but about 'us', the couple, having sex with other people. We might, one day, swing separately but to be honest neither of us feels the urge to do so if we can play as a couple. I would say that you two should try only swinging as a couple for a while and see how it works out. You can always go back to playing alone if you want to. Have fun!

You are now in a relationship with a woman. Despite the backdrop of swinging etc. it is more than likely to become conventional. That is, swinging is allowed in the same way as footie and Fridays in the pub. So don't lose your sense of reality. She may drop the swinging at some point, she has the right to do so, then you may be left wondering what happens next.
Don't forget the hook. As you say its a situation that many would give their arm for. That's the hook matey.............................................
