Any of you ladies tell me - is a guy with a pierced tongue a turn-on or a turn-off?
Does it increase the stimulation when he's getting busy down there?
Also anybody who has a pierced tongue - does it hurt much when it's done? What are the risks of infection and how much "maintenance" does it need?

I've got a pierced tongue, but have never experienced a guy with a pierced tongue, but live in hope
I've been told many times by guys that it does increase stimulation when giving oral, so I imagine it works the other way if guys have a pierced tongue?
As for pain etc, it all depends on the skill of the piercer and the aftercare you give it really.
I had no pain or problems with my piercing at all and was able to eat normally within 24 hours. It will swell a little immediately after being done, but sucking some ice cubes will reduce it right away.
You need to keep your mouth clean of course and use an alcohol free mouthwash for a few days too.
If you smoke, it would help the healing process if you stop or at least cut down.
I'm sure of you google for it, there is plenty of aftercare advice to be found. You can also find some stuff about it on here as the topic has been covered several times before.
