I wanna big up all my fellow crew members who (myself included) passed our 3 yearly assesment today....
And I also wanna big up our assesor who travelled all the way from Ireland to carry out the assesments...

I'd like to 'big-up' Polo (although I may regret letting her fluffy secret out :scared
for putting up with me the last few weeks.Recently I was told by my Doc to come of my Seroxat (which I'm on for the OCD related symtoms of Aspergers) and although I've only managed to half the dose so far the withdrawal has been really unpleasant.
Anyway Polo.. now I'm feeling a lot better I wanted to thank you for putting up with my rollercoaster moods, my over-reactions and tears, and for generally listening to me whinge on about how ill I feel.

Theres a young woman in this forum lets just say shes very posh. Who has given me the advice that has saved my life and made me do something that has lifted a huge weight from my chest. Its shown me that no matter how bad a time i have i still have tome to make things better. She gave me advice and i took it, it turner out to be the best advice i've had in a very long time.

I want to big up my parents ..... during the first year at my employers, you don't get paid for absences and my holidays are committed
Me and my kids have run the gauntlet of some horrible sick bug the last week or so and I've taken some time off unpaid :cry: My daughter came down with it again yesterday and my parents have volunteered to look after her so I can go to work :D
I want to "big up" my boss as well for being so understanding about it all .... we're shortstaffed so I've been wracked with guilt.
