It's often painful and potentially dangerous. The dragging of blood to the skin can damage surface capillaries just like getting into an over-hot bath or sitting too close to the fire.
Just thought I'd drop that in in case anyone planned to have a go tonight.

I do own a cupping set, but apart from a bit of larking about and realising we'd no idea what to do with them, they've not been out of the box since the day I bought them

I thought it was someone having both your testicles in one hand....Im a BIG fan of that btw.
Im not sure on this type of Cupping tho!
All I can think of when I look at it are the Health and Safety implications.... i bet people get hurt doing that type of thing...I reckon its only safe to be used by people who are good at DIY and things like that!!! :P
