well i went to visit someone in hospital tonight so that's a couple of hours i've accumulated, i should get seven hours sleep tonight then a couple of hours bowling tomorrow then another seven hours sleep then a couple of hours skating then more sleep, so by weekend i should have 48 hours in lol

Since this thread has started my smoking has increased, I am now on around 40 a day :shock: However, I have changed brands and think this could be the reason wink

I havent given up, but I have cut down my smoking by a third to a half.....it dont sound a lot but it has made a difference to me. I dont like smoking round FA when I see her so in the time we spend together (average of 4 - 12 hours per week, mainly cos we live a fair way and both work etc) I would have smoked 10-20 if I wasnt with her. With her, I smoked 2-4.
Its getting better, not as fast as I would have liked, but Ive quit before and the other times I only lasted up to 6 minths and then went back on them with gusto......Im gonna do it my way and bit by bit.....this time I will stop....its just gonna take a little longer than expected..... wink
