Duh!! I know that! But what has happened to it then? Has it spontaneously combusted? Wronguns get locked or edited by you fine lot. Just wondering because there are two new posts that say it.

It wasn't a joke! I've never seen it! Usually you edit them and lock them. Sorry mods. I know now.

I sometimes get the same message, mojobiker. Sometimes it's true, sometimes it's not. I usaully find if I 'go in' from another direction the thread does come up.
More often than not the post has been deleted by the person that posted it. If you click on that post just as they are deleting it you will receive a message saying it does not exist.
I was on a thread the other night that suddenly vanished - or did I imagine it? rolleyes
