never felt implants but im giving mine away freee :evil2: lastest measurement has me at 40HH more than enough to go round
NOt felt them myself but know a few peeps whove had it done for various reasons...

No-one needsimplants. A woman is just as much a woman with or without breasts. Big, small, misshapen, with a mastectomy etc etc she is still a woman and her beauty is so much more than her breasts.
But if someone chooses to have them then they are welcome to them. Would I notice if a woman's breasts had implants? I don't think so. Probably because if I got to the point of seeing a woman naked then I am too engrossed in exploring her and just being close, that her medical history and details are irrelevant to me.
For all of you who said implants are a big 'no no' and turn you off, how would you feel if the implants were the result of breast cancer?
Just playing devil's advocate, medically speaking some women have no choice, I know of a few.
I don't really have a preference. I've never had a close encounter with a pair of implants, and it'd be quite fun just for novelty value.
On the other hand, a lot of my (unimplanted) girlfriends have felt strongly that implants are cheating, and I can sort of see that argument. And I also don't think that anyone should feel they HAVE to have bigger breasts - smaller ones can be just as beautiful.
I can see the argument that if you lost one for some reason you'd want to do something about that.
I like both, but I do prefer the real thing.

Having never gotten to grips with a pair of breasts with implants I cant say but some implants just look soooooo wrong (Jordan springs to mind here)...
I can understand why some women feel the need to have surgery to improve self esteem/low self confidence and implants can be a very good thing in those circumstances but some women have them done simply because this month they feel like being a cup size larger and I dont see the point in that...
I do like a nice pair of breasts to enjoy and I suppose my ideal size is somewhere around 36d (ish) but I would certainly not dismiss a companian/sexual partner on the size of her breasts
I've seriously considered having them. If I could afford it and could guarantee that nothing would go wrong I'd have it done tomorrow.

I LOVE my boobs, but i think i love them too much. Its been pointed out to me that i base a lot of my sense of indentity on having boobs. "oh u know trix, the posh girl with the boobs"
If i had to lose one, or both, for medical reasons then i would definately ask to have implants to replace them. This wouldnt be because i think big boobs are best (i dont) it's just that i've had large boobs since i was a teenager, so i dont know who i'd be without them.

In my experience false boobs are either good or very bad. The bad ones look like they have been stuck on and feel like tennis balls...rock hard. I am not really too bothered about breasts, as am an arse man but give me real anyday. False tits look great in a bra or when clothes are on top but when the top comes off, they just are there. But saying that big boobs are a problem as they tend to sag. But a nice b or c cup that are real and pertish are the best. Of course that is only my view minx. 
I'm not even doing me own man at the moment
