Reasons to cheerful 1,2,3

The late great Ian Dury wrote a song full of reasons to be cheerful. We've survived January the darkest month of the year and spring is on it's way. So can you give reasons why your cheerful:
Here's mine
1. Daffidills in bloom in my garden biggrin

2. It was light enough to see them when I left for work :D :D
3. Six Nations Rugby starts on Saturday :D :D :D

i just spent 20 mins trying to think of something, im a "the glass is half full" kind of guy so for me not to say anything to this is extremely rare.
Damn good idea though and i will read other peoples replies to cheer me up and help me think of something, as im sure there is.
Im there with you for six nations :thumbup:

The average temperatures this winter have been the highest since records began. The longer this milder weather patterns continues, it means decent savings on our heating bills, which means lower profits for British Gas, Powergen, and all those other greedy energy firms! biggrin

I have Klefiko ready to go in the oven, a nice bottle of red to go with it-and some Cart d'or Greek honey & youghurt ice cream for pudding :lickface: Well, as theres no definitive recipe for it it's more of a Kleftiko amalgamation really.
It's the first time I've cooked it, the recipe is cobbled together from several versions......
Hmmm, maybe it's more of a reason to be petrified :scared:

It's a lovely sunny day even though I've missed most of it due to working nights this week rolleyes
