they lose your vouchers, they forget to book your experience, they never call you back, they give you information for places that are not even open anymore. rolleyes
and then to top it off they dont even have a propper complaints dept! :x
oh and i forgot, they dont even record their phonecalls and so whatever they have promissed to do... acording to the manager there is no evidence for!
has anyone else even had any dealings with this company?
i now have no pressent to give him for xmas as he has to now wait another 2 months to do his experience.
i shall have to make him an experience of my own!
some clues and tips please
I thought they had gone bust! - no pun inteneded!
yeah, they got took over last year.... not holding out much hope that they will make it work this time though with the service level i have recieved!
check this out,
they could not do tongueys driving demon experience when they were supposed to, so they came up with a list of alternatives.....
.make up lesson,
feng shui,
floatation tank
horseriding in hide park.
etc etc

had exactly the same experience WBB . bought a driving day for a mates 40th back in june
( well a group of us did Im not that generous rolleyes  )
and hes still trying to sort out the ensuing mess
They did go bump and the cheeky mare who owned the company has the affrontery to be one of the judges on dragons den
Id tell her where to shove her advice ( actually that goes for all of them, pompous arses)
A whole day with you would be a red letter day - I reckon - from what I've been told anyway.
However, have you paid 'em any money? - 'cos if you haven't, it sounds like they're on the way out to me. If they can't arrange that, it may be that their creditors are not impressed. If you haven't paid 'em go elsewhere - there are others - if you have - grit yer teeth gel kiss Sorry this is facile and obvious really but I just wanted to post.
Red Letter Days are just dire! (Sorry WBB!)
If you want a driving experience, most of the tracks offer their own days - I did a track day at Rockingham a while ago and it was brilliant!
Get onto your credit card company to see if they can help with getting your money back and then try these instead..

(I think Oulton Park is probably the closest to where you are?)
dunno Go for the feng shui, then you can sit at home all relaxed and not care about not being able to enjoy the driving experience!
lhk

unfortunately i have already paid them my hard earned cash.
no chance of a refund either cos of the terms and conditions.
sigh.
option now aree, either wait another two months to do the driving experience or pick one of the alternatives.
might ask them if they swap it for a course in WASHING UP, think he would get a lot of benifit from that one! rolleyes
thanks for the ideas for next time peeps.

I used them about 4 years ago, bought a voucher for a friend and didnt anything bad about them maybe its all gone pare shaped since they were taken over!

Well I had a couple of red letter days, first one about 10 years ago and then one about 5 years ago and they were great cos they worked.......... Yes they went bust and maybe the problems can't be solved cos all the suppliers have worked out now that they can do it for themselves and cut out the (red letter) middle man dunno
My red letter days have always led to disconnection of service after 7 days.
