


they lose your vouchers, they forget to book your experience, they never call you back, they give you information for places that are not even open anymore.

and then to top it off they dont even have a propper complaints dept! :x
oh and i forgot, they dont even record their phonecalls and so whatever they have promissed to do... acording to the manager there is no evidence for!
has anyone else even had any dealings with this company?
i now have no pressent to give him for xmas as he has to now wait another 2 months to do his experience.
i shall have to make him an experience of my own! :twisted:
