Like this ? On the left hand side of the post you will see a "Quote button" Hit it and the text will appear in the reply field, just type your text below it and hit submit.

You mean like this Snowhawk? You just click on the top right hand side of the persons post you want to quote, where it says quote, and not on the reply to post button as normal
