I'm afraid we in Wales have an enormous capacity for kidding ourselves that we've got more of a chance than we actually have. The media have this inflated view of our capability sometimes.

like i said i was joking.
and as for kicking penalties the idea is that if you comit a foul the oppostion will get a penalty, and a chance to kick for goal. The incentive is to NOT comit a foul and when you got someone like Jonny you will get punished for it.
Crikey we have given away enough points by fouls we have commited in the past. Kicking penalties is only one aspect of the game, to be truely great you have to do all aspects of the game on the day. Just look at the all blacks, we dont get to kick many penelties against them because they give away few mistakes.
You cant blame the English game if the other team are going to put a free kick at goal on a plate.
