Sanity Needed! Rant Warning!!!

What a shit day today has been.
:cry: After my son stood in dog muck, I decided the best way to clean his new trainers was to put them in the wash. The fecking machine went do-lally and instead of washing them on a 40 degree cycle, it boiled washed them and shrunk them considerably mad

:cry: I am feeling very ill from this cold.
:cry: Haven't finished my assignment.
:cry: Kids taking no notice of what I am asking.
:cry: Son screaming and paddying over the least little thing.
I feel like I am losing my marbles. So, if anyone has any spare sanity, can you please send it to me straight away.
Annoyed, despondent and generally fucked off

Sorry to hear things are getting to you today. Only thing I can suggest is establish eye contact with your kids and speak in a low slow voice commanding them to behave or else! I found it worked wonders with my students after I spent a year screaming at the top of my voice at them... they feel it is more threatening not to yell. LOL By the way, the low voice also works on big brothers and partners that are a bit of a bully. Once you know the trick, you will always be in control!

Here's the best bit of sanity wear I could find at short notice, careful with it though, don't want you to shrink this too...
