Server Capacity

When the site is busy like now with almost 6500 people online I have noticed that not only do the chatrooms have problems but the site slows down. Its not my connection as other sites are still running ok.
It just makes me wonder if the owners have enough server capacity to cope? Its not a criticism - it just might explain a lot of the problems people get. It would also indicate that as revenue goes up from increased membership so should capacity.
Could of course be talking through my arse as I often do smile

When you put it like that i have to ask the question, is my money that i pay every month going towards the running and supply of this site, if so i cannot use a part of the site therefore do i get any money back as i am not getting full benfit of the site.
If you buy a tv you take it back and get it replaced, if it keeps on going wrong you expect a goodwill gesture.
Not a major gripe but a question none the less

All these types of issues are being looked into by the owners but if you have any specific question you would do better pmming one of them :thumbup:
