Seve Ballesteros

I have had two sporting legends in my life. One was Barry Sheene who lost his life with cancer, and the other is Seve Ballesteros.
Seve has been diagnosed with a brain tumour, and I just want to wish him a speedy recovery.
Maybe not the greatest golfer of his generation but a guy who brought golf to the masses, at a time when it was badly needed.
I wish him well in the coming months.

Not being a golf fan, I have always loved him for his abysmal English accent in an abysmal Am Ex commercial many years ago. People my ageish will surely remember, "Doe leave chome wee ow eet!".
