Yes Ladies Gentlemen & Transgenders ... if a someone gave you this form & asked for a co witness to sign how would you feel?
Let it be known that I personally do not & cannot accept that any one regardless of their sexual disposition can be held at least partly responsible for being if she(or he or the transgenderd) wore sexy or revealing clothing, or was drunk!
There many forms of ' ' which comes under the term of Any Sexual Activity Without Consent. i.e if your clearly blind drunk then I have no right to have sex with you... you are incapable of consenting to anything including a cab ride home!
A whole can of worms defining 'blind drunk' in the court!
I understand current legislation needs some clarification because according to the Home office very few reported cases result in convictions
But is this campaign really a step forward or is there another way?
Why do I ask?
Can 'alternative lifestylers' suggest another way?
Would this become known as an Agreed Sexual Behaviour Order ? wink
it says males have to have consent from females to have sex, well why not also females asking men?
also the goverenment say its only men to women so that mean its ok if its a bloke and a bloke?
Personally I don't think I'd want to shag anyone who wasn't capable of consenting. I prefer to be asked, nay, begged for sex.

Would'nt there be abit of a physical problem for a women to force a man to have sex?? doe'snt something else have to consent with a male apart from his mind???

Depends on which set of caselaw applies - I know in some US states it's been accepted in court that a man can have an erection without wanting to. Having said that, who says an erection is required? IIRC, under English law you could have the case of a woman rodgering a bloke with a strap-on whilst he's passed out or incapable of consent due to inebriation.
N.B. I am not a lawyer, this is not legal advice.
You are right, an erection is not consent. It is possible to desire chocolate without eating it!

Is there really a campaign to encourage people to sign a consent form before sex???
.... personally I think it'd be better if a 'satisfaction guaranteed' form had to be signed first, with some kind of compensation if they failed to deliver.. lol
