Sex only three times a week?

The headline in todays's Sunday Telegraph - that bastion of fair and honest reporting lol

is that "Women bypass sex in favour of instant pregnancies".
It goes on to say "Some people are horrified by the idea of having to have sex three times a week".
Now I do realise that this about people trying to get kids, but really - being horrified about having sex three times a week? On a personal basis I would be more than happy to have sex three times a week! Indeed when younger my average was greater than that!
I can not believe that the good people here on SH are "horrified" by the idea of a shag more than three times/week.
But there again I may be wrong - maybe you are all friday/saturday night guys and are horrified as well! surprised

I think there'd be plenty on here horrified that there's people out there getting that little, but certainly, there'll be no-one on here complaining that that's too much.

Well I never.............3 times a week????? whatever next???............ I suppose he'll want to do something smutty like lift my legs in the air or something!!! whats wrong with once a month with me eyes closed, and the lights off, like me granny used to do?? :grin:

It never ceases to amaze me how so many people choose to deny themselves so many of life's natural pleasures. It's almost as if they feel guilty should they do anything that might remotely be enjoyable.
What's even worse though is the way they'll express shock and outrage over someone or something that doesn't fit their own narrow view of the world. It's almost as if subconciously it makes them feel better about their own inadequacies or failings.

Was chatting to a lovely couple in the jacuzzi at Chams last night and me and Mr Possum couldn't help chuckling when the lady was talking about one of the persistent (annoying) regulars in there.. "Well, he needs it three times a day see, so... it's a shame really, he's not normal... some people are addicts, aren't they?"
We kept a straight face as we both thought "but we did it four times before we even got here..." lol

Argh, we're not normal!!

Well I'm glad I am not the only one who is horrified that some folk are horrified about having sex three timesa week!
At least it started a discussion.
As it is Sunday, sex is of course completely out of the question for McC tonight (I will unlock the swings for the kids tomorrow lol

) and we will return to the piano and sing some more hymns with the Dutch Reform Church.

Well you know, Sunday Telegraph reader (I want the country to be run the way it was years ago etc.) and yes we had a showing of Airplane in the Old Farts home this afternoon.
It was very enjoyable, but the Major got a bit upset and Mrs Mc started to join in with the nun's singing but after Matron sorted us all out it was all OK.

I think for cpls three times a week is poor. We do it at least three times a day, would have persumed most cpls are the same. At least once in the morning, once at night and once during the day.
