I don't think it would have been the way she was feeling as in anger etc., it's prob just how she was feeling herself that day.
There are days it can take me a while to orgasm if I'm tired, hormonal, and even if I've taken a pain killer to be honest, that can affect me for some reason
Jay and I rarely make love when we're angry with each other, I possibly could because I get very passionate in temper but not Jay, it takes him a day or two to come back onto normal grounding with me before he thinks about sex.
Unfortunately we're not one of those 'making up is the best way' couples

Sounds like frustration to me, and no, not sexual frustration, or frustration with eachother, although I wouldn't mind betting thats whats on your minds. I think there is some frustration going on that you are both tagging wrong labels on.
