Yes. Quite some years ago, during a trade fair, the female marketing manager for a company I had a lot of business with knocked on my hotel room in the middle of the night and invited herself in. She made it pretty obvious in no time at all that she had come across for sex. At first I was taken aback, no - a little shocked. Then flattered. Then by degrees, very perturbed...
I was on my own. No partner... She had left her partner at home too. We both seemed to have a perfect opportunity.
What to do, what to do??
If I fucked her and she blabbed to anyone in her office and it got back to the wrong ears it would have ruined a very good / lucrative relationship with the company (not very professional conduct on my part you see - although I am aware it goes on all the time...) If I fucked her and she got remorseful and confessed to her hubby, my little indiscretion would have inevitably ended up on my doorstep like a steaming pile of shit as well as queering it up with the company.
What to do??
She came onto me very hard and made a number of promises about how our businesses could benefit if......etc,etc,etc. It was becoming increasingly difficult to resist and I am afraid the beast was on the rise.
Truth be told I took the cowards way out. I thought about my partner and my business first and told her I was flattered but was not willing to compromise my relationship and our business relationship for a night of sex. No matter how good it might be...
Morally I did the right thing. In terms of business, I slit my own throat. Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned??? Too true, she broke my business in half and within two years the company I had built up was gone...
Should I have fucked her..? It would have made my life easier and my business more successful for sure....

I've never had that happen to me where I've felt pressured that I'd loose more than a bit of dignity by being shoe-horned into shagging someone.
De-Sade... I think you did the right thing morally and if thats what she did you when you didn't shag her... imagine the kind of bribery route she could have gone down if you did shag her? Best rid with that.
I'd say, if it goes against your principles play on the safe side and stick to them. If something doesn't feel right it's usually not right.
