Sexy Pic Problem

We're new and very keen, and of course want to load a decent pic of us instead of that cartoon thing (which doesn't do our sexy young selves justice) and were wondering how the rest of you have. Tried uploading a digital pic but told it must be less than 20KB?? dunno

Please help it'll be worth it.

Most everyone here that I can think of!! Don't let JQL see you say that, he'll be most offended. And so would Mark (site owner) cos he's very particular about what he lets on the site.
