oh peanut, my little hairy guinea pig.... trust me pics don't actually help a great deal. Your stunning personality, rapier wit and pure unadulterated charm are what make me want to meet you.

Well it certainly isn't my prowess or dimensions sad
It takes more than pictures.

A cash exchange always helps, but that isn't allowed :P
I am just saying give the people here a break.

Why? A job is a job whether it's paid or not. My own personal little foible is that someone is doing a job then it's reasonable to expect them to do the job properly. "Shit or get off the pot" is the expression that springs to mind.
If anyone should be getting cross it should be me, I look far better in my pics than real life and the amount of times I have been stood up don't bear thinking about really. I think they see me on that street corner in my mini skirt and french knickers and think.... nah:- She is a munter those pictures are of someone else.

See, now there's the problem. The french knickers probably weren't the pink spotted ones. You must have lost them or something I expect.
It makes a gal want to cry into her fair trade, soya latte.

Nah, that would make it taste like there was something wrong with it.
My petite pois... honestly, it is not worth your effort.
wink

It's all worth it just to be called a legume by a sex fiend :P
Peanut, I think that I might love you a little teeny weeny bit.
(that phrase about the pot and number two's almost made me cry with laughter, I must use that with my staff)

Is trading pictures of dogs allowed as an exchange?
kent perhaps the way around you having just a pic of your bike would be to pay for an account for the said bike ...... but dont be going sitting on the bike as you would then be classed as a third party n not the account holder ... also you can then add the bikes profile to your friends list and perve all day long ... just an idea
this was meant in jest btw lol

Dawnie,,
I only opened the poll yesterday at lunchtime so I think 28 votes on the matter is quite good.. particulary when probably half of the votes will have been made by moderators. I will be metioning this thread in chatrooms in the coming weeks to friends so the true reflection of how people feel will be there for all to see then

Just for the record, I haven't voted as yet. I am not too sure what I would select if I was going to.
Part of me can see how you would like to show off pictures of action :rascal: But part of me would like to look at the pictures and hope to see the person I was interested in. I don't need to see a person having fun with someone else confused
Like I previously said

I'm not picking fault about the dicsussion here, not at all.

As a mod I would be more than happy to change the way we run things if a majority vote changed things. Most of the rules have been developed over time with suggestions from the members, they can evolve
The vote has increased, 38

I feel the need to point out that we are all human. (I know, I know, there are some grey areas with some that I have seen)
Also the mods and ops on this site are voluntarily administrating it. The paid staff number about 4 or something I think. There are flippin' thousands of people on this site and even more photos to 'check'

And this is relevant how? The paid staff are paid to do the job they are paid for and the voluntary staff do the job they volunteered for. Both sets knew what they were doing before either being paid or volunteering.
Shut up and get out there and have sex. If you are so desperate to share your photos then e-mail them to people once you know them better.

Not all of us are gorgeous, gregarious and fuckable so therefore need advertising to get what we need. Pics help that.
I don't know about the rest of you but I like to fuck and all this time whinging about a damn good site (I mean it must be as I get laid regularly and that is the only barometer that I need.) is utterly annoying. It distracts from what we should all be doing.
passionkiss 69position

The fact that you get laid regularly is not even close to being a barometer on how good or bad the site is. Like I say not all of us find it as easy to get a shag hence trying to make it that bit easier.

You my dear Splendid just have me roaring with laughter, you have such a turn of phrase :rotflmao: Munter! :rotflmao: haven't heard that word since, blimey, well, since..... since the last time!! :rotflmao:
I kinda wish you really were a munter in RL, so I could call you one and laff my head off non stop :rotflmao:
Why is there a perv...i mean perusal count on the pics if it were not there to let the picture contributor know how much the picture is appreciated and maybe fulfill a slight exhibitionist streak? Get rid of that for a start maybe that would lessen the need of some to put pics or at least put so many pics on their profile.
Otherwise maybe the idea of saying just the amount of people on the account should be shown. In this I mean that a couple could only show two in the pics a single only one. OK so this would not be failsafe in stopping people other than the members on said profile being in the pics but it would help. I'm not saying this is the right way it would certainly make the gallery a less interesting place i guess but it is 'a' way.

shouldnt they be asking the profile holder instead of reporting, this i swing site we expect to see pics of third parties of profile for evidence and pics has at times been used as a revenge tatic by some forumist who lost arguments,it would be pointless to ban third party pics but i suggest an email should be provided for every third party persons on profile so the mods can verify

I don't expect to see evidence that someone has played confused
And pictures wouldn't be deleted for revenge - why would you think that? The only ones who can delete are mods and admin.

Hello Siena wave
The AUP is not there to annoy people... it's there because it has to be. sad There are certain aspects of data protection legislation which say that people have to give their permission to their image being used. :scared:

Just a slight correction. the Data Protection Act doesn't cover images, just personal information held in a database in electronic form.
Basically SH is circumventing the requirement for model release formsby simply not allowing 3rd parties in the image. That said, if a person is unidentifiable then those rules/laws do not apply.
That's the one!

I think FB that Phuckers might of been saying that maybe someone who has had a spat on forum with another may of reported said other members pic's if they were in any way 'iffy' as being suspicious out of spite.
If i'm wrong Phuckers i'm sorry but thats how i read it

I agree, Lost - that's how I read it. But if a member had reported pictures, a mod/admin would still have to agree that they were not acceptable; they wouldn't just delete them when reported if nothing were amiss.
When I first uploaded profile pics (that reminds me, must update them), I was also a victim of overzealous modding. The "handstand" pic in my profile had three guys walking along the beach about 300m away from me. Just silouettes, barely distinguishable as people, and yet I had to photoshop the sea for the photo to be allowed. I had no warnings and was chastised in the forums when I asked (innocently, I too thought I was buggering up uploading) what was going on.....
I agree with the third party rule, it does make sense...but when that third party is clearly not ever going to be recognised, I think a little leeway may be appropriate.

FB is most correct, we would get our legs slapped for deleting picture for other reasons.
Mods have to make notes on any action we take in any part of the site and are accountable to admin for every move we make. We can hide nothing. Fart when I'm logged onsite and I have to report it :lol2:

So why comment?? dunno Seemed a perfectly reasonable point to make.
I think that what a lot of members don't realise is that the Mods put in a phenomenal amount of work here for practically no reward. So things take 24 hrs to clear - well yer f***ing lucky it's that quick!
If anyone thinks that the Mods here are going to spend more than a second or two in deciding whether a photo is OK or not, then you've really got to examine the realities of life - tough shit if it don't meet yer particular sensitivities.
How the f**k do you think that the Mods are going to manage to be sure that all 3rd parties have given consent completely beats me. Does anyone honestly think that they are going to go around and check every 3rd party to be sure?? Sure as hell - they ain't and so the only sure way is to ban anything which might give a clue as to a third party's identity. And even then there'll be some rough edges one way or another.
So if you want to be treated like adults then start behaving like 'em as well - grow up and stop whingeing.

It's an adult's right to "whinge". We do it so well.
And perhaps you should get off your pious high horse and recognise that fact. What you call "whingeing" (sic) others call discussing something they see as a problem.
