Maybe I'm just getting old and forgetful, but I often add someone to my friends list after finding them very interesting, then forgetting all about who they are or why i found them so interesting.
So, would it be possible to put notes against people we have saved as friends?
I'd also like to be able to see in my friends list who is online and who isn't without having to go into each and every profile.

Can I jump in with a request?
On the autoreply thing that you can send when someone sends you a wink can it be changed a little?
Right now it says "Hi" or something like that. Can it be changed to say" You are being sent an auto response as the profile owner couldn't be bothered to send you an email as you obviously didn't read her profile seeing the no winks please request" or something similar?

I have the extras thing ( cos I thought it meant I would really get extras :twisted: ) but it only shows me two options. Will go check again though.
You can change it on your homepage, just scroll down and you should get the option to Customise your wink settings

OK, I have figured out the confusion.
Varca what you are talking about is adjusting my wink .. which means I can customise the wink I send out. What I am trying to do is change the auto responder when someone sends me a wink. Which only allows me to change it from "Hi' to "Hi there"
Am I making sense? I dont want to send an auto reply that says either of those as it indicates interest.

What's 4T please Dambuster? To be honest, if I can be bothered to reply to a wink (my profile says that they will always be deleted but sometimes I do bother) I just send my own edited wink and then hit the Ignored option in Mail. Problem solved
The 4T is the nick name originally given (by Blonde) to the admin i.e. the site owners.
I did suggest at the time that we have an option that just said "This user has opted not to receive wink messages"
In a nutshell I don't think the admin wanted this as an option as it gives the impression that people don't actually like them and that doesn't generate revenue.

One of the limitations of the current Search facility (unless I've missed something) is that you can only make a geographical search in relation to concentric distances from your home. This means that you can't easily identify people in the vicinity if you visit somewhere else in the country.
Dogging- I know it may be tricky, and can see why posting any new locations could cause trouble....however, some of the listed locations are very, very out of date.
What was once a popular spot (and famous for other reasons) has been blocked by a barrier for at least 7 years! I feel sorry for any poor sod who travels to check it out, and I would imagine thats not the only place it applies too either!

I know a single jokes thread can be tedious to keep up with for the mods and doesn't warrent too much chat other than a few giggles but sometimes it's good to read something that makes you giggle and makes a change from whingeing threads
