not stevens but pc screen.
sometimes when i log on my pc screen kinda goes shaky, its hard to explain, like your looking at it through water .
is this a pc problem or could it meen i have a pc virus???
does anyone know?

Sounds like a monitor problem rather than your pc.
If your monitor has a de-gauss button use it. It might be on one of the menus for setting the screen settings.
Failing that a mild thump on the side of the screen might help.

I have a little lamp on top of my monitor - every time I switch that on, the screen looks a bit shaky. Do you have anything similar that could explain it near your monitor?

this could be normal. some monitors do this for a cpl of seconds when you 1st turn it on and its called degaussing. unless this monitor never did this before then it could be a prob. im not too sure what degaussing does but mine does it every now and then . i think its something to do with clearing magnetics from the screen ? hope this helps
