I'm the unfortunate one who has got home first, but on the other hand it gives me the chance to be the first to thank Alex for organising a very pleasant evening. It was good to catch up with a few regulars, and also chat with a few newbies in a relaxed and friendly little group. I hope there'll be another one soon!

After getting lost within the forum (not going home from the social unlike some others) and being redirected here, just wanted to say thanks to everyone for making me feel welcome, I now have my appetite wetted and plan on going to some more events, hopefully a munch or two, or three, or.......well, we'll see, lol.
Thanks prestondevil for being a good mate and being decent company, thanks to MikeNorth for chatting to me, along with the others who felt sorry for me sitting there all alone.
Well, it's hard to chat to people you don't really know when you don't have any previous past experiences to chat about (that's my excuse and I am damn well sticking to it).

I dusted off the cobwebs and enjoyed myself immensely!
Kisses to Wibbly Wobbly and GT for the left over pizza mmmmmnnnn and the lift back. No gargling stories next time pls GT - last time I ever divulge to HIM! Hehe!

Lovely to see the northern crowd again and don't worry Cry10 I still am shy/quiet round new peeps, but it does get easier I promise! Just keep turning up!
Lovely to meet lookatme (is that right?) too and there were others I kissed goodbye but didn't go introduce myself properly to.
Wondering if the toilet seat piccie is around and also whether Ice Pie stayed long enough to see if the pub was haunted?

LOL at the toilet seat... an Eager Slut seat if ever there was one... I still have the pic on my phone but don't have the facilities of transfering to my PC... I could send the image to anyone who does have and can post it here. smile

Special thanks go out to the gorgeous Alex for a wonderful rendezvous. It was nice to meet more new faces (hey most of you are to me!) and nice to see all the others for a second time.

OK I've finished work and had a bit of a kip now.
Thanks to Alex for organising the social. It was nice to be able to sit down and have a chat to old friends and meet some new people.
We had a lovely evening and will look forward to seeing everyone again soon. :thumbup:

Ive finally made it back to Bolton, had to stop off in Manchester on the way back for more shopping, after the MeadowHell experience yesterday!!!
Many thanks from myself and Will_32 to Alex for organising the do. We had a great night and was great to see those we met at the Wigan munch again. Hope to see you all again real soon.
Im off to bed to get some well earned sleep! Im shattered! lol

Hiya!
First chance I've had to login since Thursday.
many thanks to all those who came.
OMG the distances some of you people travel! I was amazed.
It was great to put more faces to IDs.
Especially Deancannock who I have chatted to in the forum for yonks now! What a great and funny fellah. I won't blag about your avatar wink

Just remond me next time though to not fall for the ash joke! rolleyes

For once I already knew about 50% of the people there - things just get better and better!
I had a great time myself aprt from when I managed to drop Dune's full pint on the floor and soaked myself in the process redface

Once again - I'm glad people enjoyed themselves and many thanks for getting there.
