Just been outside to get logs to warm Artificer's humble dwelling...
It's a lovely night...quiet as the grave, just a couple of Snipe whistling to break the is bright as a maiden's eye, stars are shining like a polecat's eyes in headlights, all the constellations are laid out like a map of all that matters... I stooped to pick up a little toad that had decided to spend the night in the woodpile...thought I'd try kissing him to see if he turned into Alex, but, then, my eye was taken by a wonderful shooting star...what a sight! I was always told to make a wish...and I wondered, what would my friends on SH wish for if they'd seen that star....

I remember being outside away from the town one winters night many years ago during a meteor shower. It was an amazing spectacle. I can count the shooting stars I have seen since on one hand. The penalty of living in a town.

I actually always wanted to have my 18th or 21st at the function suite overlooking the pitch at Bury's ground. You can access the pitch from it and I always imagined taking a girl to the dugout and having my wicked way with her down there. Imagine that, every time you see the manager bawling at the players from the touchline, that would be the last thing on your mind!
I'm similar to blue in that I always wish for the same thing I've wanted since I was little. It never comes true but it's not going to stop me wishing for it.
