He was released a few weeks ago from prison, and was sent back to the UK. But of course this monster tried every trick in the book not to return.
This week he wanted to go to Spain to escape,but the home secretary blocked any trips abroad as we cannot keep tabs on him.
As what to do with this pervert am at a loss. But suffice to say the good old British taxpayer will pick up the tab for protecting him. Protecting him? Where was the protection for the kids he vioulated?

Personally I don't think that anyone who has been convicted of such a crime should be free to walk the streets. I don't believe in all this protection bollocks where the law does not allow a name and shame policy.
People have the right to know who these bastards are and where they are living, so that they can protect their friends and families.
I shudder to think that anyone would harm my son in such a way, and I would gladly do time for anyone that would even think about it.
Sorry I shall stop my rant now and answer the question.
Nope he shouldn't be allowed back in the country, under lock and key where he can cause no more harm,pain,upset etc would be the best place for him.
Preferably with no food or drink until the twisted fecker dies!

Preferable that he's in prison but I guess that's not going to be the case because in the eyes of law he's served his time. An to be honest - why should any other country want him? After all, we don't.
