well this is just something am suggesting(proposing),that we introduce a form of a court system on this forum whereby if there is two people or parties confronting and snapping at each other which as a result affect the flow of debates or locking of threads
but i hope it will not undermine the rules and regulation or the powers of the Admin/mod to execrises their duties on this site.
this i also hope will help reduce aggressive and abusive language which i am ashamed to admit have been both guilty of and a victim to...
so my question to the panel is if this make shift court were to go ahead can you suggest how it should run?...the NO votes are very welcome thanks

i would suggest the admin appoint a mod to precised over the case and two independent persons help in court process...a time and date be alocated for live delebrations whereby members can act as witness and jury by providing scripted evidence

That's what mods are here for.

That's what mods do - and they do it voluntarily. I think you'll find it will unite members no more than they already are, and it would in fact encourage people to take sides more than happens already.

Not really sure what you want to acheive from this. The Mods already do a great job, and you cannot prevent people from having heated debates, sometimes that's part of the fun as this can be mentally challenging.
If and when comments become too personal other members in the forum usually manage to defuse the situation, otherwise the Mods come in and do their jobs in their normal efficient manner.
So I cannot really understand where this is going.
:? :? i think a shift in attitude and behaviour might be a better way of uniting the forum rather than appoint a mod/court/whatever to resolve issues.
How about people respecting peoples views and excercising a little bit of diplomacy as a starting point.
