On the 23rd October I traumatically dislocated my knee training for a tour of Afghanistan (I was on the live grenade range so it could have been a lot worse). was put in plaster from ankle to goin which came off last week. Still cant put any weight on my leg, my knee is still twice the size of the other one and cannot bend it at all. Was told I should be walking without crutches in 3 months or so. No fun for mandy until then as it hurts me too much (thank heaven for rabbits she says).
