Well go to a NHS walk in centre, or ring the NHS direct.
Coughing up blood is not normal, as I am sure you well know.

an I report to Sick Bay? I've recently had a stroke, and I've lost usew of my right arm, my right hips a bit weak, I've lost control of the muscles on the righthandside of my face, which also effected my speech. so I need lots and lots and lots of TLC, and plenty of maasage to my right hand and arm, to get them working again
