Ok just come out of the chat room and what I nightmare it was people saying how single guys should not be allowed as we are not swingers. trying to explain that there are couples who come into the rooms looking for single guys and single girls is why there are single guys in the chat room did not go down well with some people. Then the chat just collapsed then. To the hosts how do you keep eveyone happy there are couples who want single guys in the chat room there couples who dont there couples who just want single girls in the chat room (go figure). I thought the caht room was for everyone who wanted adult fun time irrespective of gender or marrital status if this is not the case can we single persons male and female be pointed in the right direction for OUR ADULT FUN.

We only ever go in search of single guys, we have only ever sampled the single guy market so to speak.

Oh dear I have given the wrong impression I am a single guy and was saying that there was a few people having a go because I am single whoops sorry I did not make that clear. I will always respect the rules I do not whisper uninvited and I try to put my point of view over without upsetting those involved. Sorry to not have made that clear to those that have responded and thanks for your replies to.

Single males are more than welcome in the chat room. We do not swing with single males but I know many couples that do. It's called diversity. You have as much right to be there as anyone. Enjoy!!

Not quite sure what the true definition of a swinger would be but you are whatever you want to be.

Grrrr!!.....it's gone 1 o'clock......I've not long been in......I'm ready for bed.......and then I see this! 
I won't be able to resist adding my 2p worth to this tomorrow but for now I'll just repeat the views of Fred & Wilma......the chat room is for EVERYONE and it's diverse. If ten single guys want to hold an in depth chat about the virtues of a dogging holiday along the Pennine Way then fine, where better to do it. It wouldn't hold much interest for me but at least they'd be chatting about something.
Too many people use the chat room solely as an extension to the ads pages. The sum total of their input to the chat is "this is what I/we want, this is where I/we want it, and if you haven't got what I/we are looking for then what are you doing trying to talk to me/us!" Grrrr!! :x
Ranting now........going to bed........keep using the chat room mate it's for all of us.......hopefully to chat in!

Can single guys swing? I suppose everyone has their own definition. According to mine, swinging is something that established couples do as a part of strengthening their relationship. It's all about trust. By that, us single guys can participate in swinging, but can't swing. A controversial position, and one that I don't expect anyone to agree with.
By a broader definition, like the one here: http://www.swingingheaven.co.uk/advice/index.html, of course they can! I agree with that definition too, in my simultaneous belief in contradictory things way. Two different things, for two different purposes, confusingly given the same name.
Why do I use the first as my main definition? I think it's because I'm interested in people, and why they do what they do. Recreational sex is fine, but strengthening a relationship by doing things that conventional wisdom says would weaken it is much more interesting.
Then there's the chat room. It's for chatting, isn't it? A more immediate form of the Cafe, not an extension of the ads. Everyone should be welcome, as long as they play nice. For whatever my opinion is worth.

It is a very complicated and confusing book. Not only have I had to change peoples real names, I have had to change their swinging names too. Barney and Betty are very upset they are now referred to as ........... ah now that would be telling!!

I've never heard such nonsense! Why shouldn't singles guys be allowed in? If singles guys weren't allowed, would it mean that single women weren't either? Swinging is not just about couples, it is for everyone - you swing if you say you do...
