So many problems with the site at the moment it's making us question why we bother paying:
- cams that freeze (ours or people we are watching)
- profiles that don't update to show us who has viewed ours
- incorrect friends lists/online status
- shrep playing up
- chat crashing without warning
Would the site owners care to explain to those of us who pay what they are doing about it?
At least a reduction in the next year's Extras package is justified.

I logged in to find an apology/explanation of the problem earlier. Not had a problem since. When I couldn't get in earlier this afternoon, I found something else to do.
Don't pay if you don't think it's worth it, simple really.
Looking at your join date, aren't you a free member anyway - so only paying for extras?
