I have the size and i have the strength of an ice hockey player, ive managed to loose the muscle and the fitness over the last year but thanks to the gym its coming back slowly.

It means i started to get that way but started going to the gym before it got too bad. I'm not in as good shape as i want to be but i'm sure that i can be soon.
