I use Liz Earle's products and have for years. Its all natural plant products and I swear by it. Have a read on her website, tells you loads there.
If you are suffering with spots it could be that the moisturiser you are using is too heavy for your skin or that you are using too much.
I try to look after my skin, mrs B just remember you don't always get what you pay for in skincare! Gok Wan was raving about a skincare range in a magazine last week, it was Aldi own brand and costs peanuts!!.
I use cheep as chips clensing wipes, an olay thermal scrub and olay regenerist moisturiser.
Your skin should settle down once your skin adjusts to your routine, all the crap is coming out at the minute, it will get better.
Oh and the mens "beauty" business is huge! so there must be alot of men out there who don't think looking after their skin is poncy, mr lyns isn't one of them tho!.
i use facial wipes to take ofr my make up and have changed form olay regenerist to aldi's anti wrinkle day and night cream after reading it came top in recent studies. Can't tell the difference so it must be doint something as i haven't gone all wrinkly lol
I also break out in spots if i try to cleanse tone and moisturise and if i use new products on my face.
Straight forward for me:
Palmer's Cocoa Butter moisturiser for one's body and Nivea facial moisturiser for one's face.
Even men need to moisturise :jagsatwork:
I love to use boots no7 when i can afford to but i cant use anything to strong cos it plays war with the old acne
Cant use most facial scrubs for the same reason so have to stick to facial washes
Oil free moisturiser
and a good eye cream
May have to try this aldi cream though
Swarfega and a wire brush.
