HI guys- just a "quickie" but i've been scratching my head for days, and I need to know!
Why is a "munch" called a "munch"
Please put me out of my misery........I need to sleep now!

The term originates in the States and was started by people in the BDSM lifestyle .....................
Meeting in a public place was supposedly a good way for slaves to meet prospective masters (and vice versa) without any danger to either party. These meets used to take place in restaurants rather than bars hence the term 'munch'.
